• Provide hands-on leadership to the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions.
• Being a Master of Design and architecture who is motivated to design, code, and refine a base that will be drawn on for years to come.
• Working on complex integrations with Government and commercial partners.
• Helping make smart and commercially savvy decisions that make for highly scalable, secure, and reliable software.
• Working with our front-end developers to plan and deliver features for our clinic network using CI/CD practices.
• Being a great colleague in a friendly team; Manage time across multiple priorities, take ownership of your own work from start to finish, work collaboratively with others, etc.
• Working with the technology team in the adoption and maintenance of modern (Agile) software engineering practices.
• Being the champion of delivering robust, commercially viable technology outcomes for the company.
• Ensuring compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle of software products.
Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 5 years’ experience working in Software Development; Have experience in building large, complex solutions in environments like Healthcare, Government services or security
• Have solid experience in designing & developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems
• Have experience in frontend development using NodeJS and TypeScript experience is a plus
• Familiarity with database MySQL or Postgres, Java and ReactJS coding language
• Experience working with AWS, with CI/CD pipelines and testing.
• Have worked in a SaaS environment previously
• Having experience working with HL7, FHIR and/or government services integrations such as Medicare is a plus
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
• Be happy to coach, mentor and train other colleagues
• Strong leadership & coaching skills (both in technical & human relations)
