- Restaff - House of Norway is an experienced Norwegian offshore development company that focuses on software development with a remote staffing/dedicated team model.
- We are now setting up a team to provide software solutions that fulfill the diverse commercial, operational, and insight requirements of global cargo owners.
- These solutions ensure our clients maintain a holistic view of their cargo, enabling them to identify waste, risk, and inefficiencies across operations.

Restaff was established in 2007 and is a Norwegian company based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We currently manage over 100 employees across a variety of IT development teams for companies such as InBusiness AS, Onix AS and Wellbarrier AS. They are all prestigious companies based in Norway, Singapore, and the United States.
