- Leading project planning sessions, coordinating staff and internal resources in term of: Resource, timeline, budget, performance (OKR) and risk associated.
- Coordinating and ensuring the completion of projects on time within budget and within scope, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
- Working directly with Project Director/Project lead/Portfolio to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
- Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of project, conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
- Developing, maintaining, and revising proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
- Setting and tracking project milestones; managing and accounting for unforeseen delays, then realigning schedules and expectations as needed.
- Establishing and implementing project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Performing design, analyzing and integrating testing on hardware and software, system diagnostic and failure management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University, major in IT, Telecommunication or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT project management, Data project is preferred
- Good knowledge of project management, contracts, project planning, resource arranging
- Good communication, sense of responsibility, teamwork, learning spirit.
- Good knowledge of data/software development concepts and architecture.
- Good understanding of the data management process
- Ability to troubleshoot issues to resolution. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Good at English skills.
