Being a Leader of the Tester team, you will:

• Investigate product/project requirements and documentation
• Create test plans
• Create and review test cases
• Execute manual test
• Analyze test results and post bugs
• Contribute to quality management
• Manage testing progress and assign tasks for members
• Develop and guide team members
• Write and execute automated test scripts.

To be a BSSer, you will have:

• Salary range: up to $1500. Performance review twice a year
• 13th-month salary based on the business performance. Seniority Allowance

• Intermediate knowledge about Test process, UML, Core Access/ MySQL/ SQL Server
