RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description

+ Follow up the process of an application consultant:
- Receive and analyze requirements from customers through relevant channels ( i.e. emails or systems)
- Check feasibility/ complexity of the requirements with senior consultants or solution/ platform team lead.
- Create support tickets or T&R tickets based on requirement type
- Estimate the effort (cost and time) and propose to customers
- Once accepted, finalize documents and assign to Solution team

+ Lead daily stand up meeting with consultants
+ Report and present Monthly Status Review
+ Maintain consultant competency (knowledge retention) of the team
+ Monitor and control the delivery quality of the team

Qualifications

+ IT background, 4+ year experience in IT Application Consultant area
+ Fluent in English communication for business
+ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ITIL Foundation is preferred
+ Having knowledge about Business Analysist, Business Cases, Benefit
+ Management (ROI, …), Alternative Solution is a plus
+ Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively develop and communicate clear, thoughtful, and comprehensive analyses
+ Be self driven, independent, persuasion, flexibility and high initiative
+ Having analytical and customer oriented mindset
