Role and Responsibilities

• Proposing development solution with customer:
• Proposing architecture, solution to team and/or review, control solution of members.
• Directing project team in essential work tasks of software development (e.g., requirement definition, software design, implementation, testing);
• Accountable for success of the project in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery;
• Communicating and discussing directly with customer about requirement specifications;
• Accountable for continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies/process to optimize development efficiency or improve product quality;
• Conduct training & coaching junior members in software engineering development if required

• Salary: 600$ -2000$

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor/Engineer degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the software development field;
• Master knowledge at Embedded, Linux, Driver, OS (Linux Kernel, RTOS is an advantage).
• Master knowledge at Matlab and Simulink (Embedded Coder, MATLAB coder, Simulink Coder, Code Autotgen)
• Understands about Object Oriented Analysis and Design at least.
• Firm knowledge at software engineering (from requirement definition, software design, implementation & testing)

Preferred skills

• At least 1 years’ working experience in software development, C programming for embedded and 2 years for development with MBD using Matlab/Simulink

Additional Notes

• Understanding/experiences in development process is an advantage.
• Team working, open minded, long-term commitment & self-motivated;
• Good inter-personal and communication skills with customers and project members;
• Adapt quickly with new domain, ready to work & study new technologies;
• Able to work under high pressure.
• English language fluency, main focus on reading & writing
• Japanese language: motivation to learn Japanese.
