YOUR TASKS
1. Recruitment
- Be in charge of all Recruitment activities from planning, executing & evaluating to meet recruitment targets within agreed timeline & budget in accordance with the company’s HR Business Operating.
- Review & maintain job requisitions and job descriptions.
- Carry out Induction program for newcomers at 1st day of work, ensure new staffs fully informed & warmly welcomed
- Give suggestion/advice and make plan for internal & external recruitment activities.
- Keep updated applicants’ database and reports.
- Evaluate and recommend efficient recruitment channels.
- Produce recruitment reports, competitor surveys and other ad-hoc reports as requested.
2. Universities-related activities
- Design & propose on programs to keep close relationships with target universities & create visibility with students, fresh graduates; via Scholarship program.
- Organize, follow up and join in activities in cooperation with academics (internship, seminars, job fairs…) as assigned.
- Build and maintain the relationship with academics.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant.
- At least 3 years of working experience, especially in recruitment.
- Experience in headhunting is a plus.
- Good knowledge of IT area would be an asset.
- Excellent English (both speaking and writing).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Very well organized & pro-active and innovative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good teamwork & sense of responsibility, result-orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Office computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PPT, Internet and e-mail).
