CloudStorm Ventures is looking for Frontend Developer Team Leader to join our Engineering team on our mission to deliver world-class, user friendly applications to North American markets.

Our global Engineering team works around the clock building innovative solutions that help our customers in senior living and healthcare industries, charity golf tournaments, ski resort waivers and veterinary services.

As part of our Engineering team, your mission is to stay on top of the latest releases, contribute to projects, and deliver the best quality solutions for our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create, test, maintain web application and mobile application.
• Write, review, and maintain code in compliance with the established coding quality standards of the company.
• Supervise and support other developers in fulfilling tasks as well as improving their skills.
• Write unit test and run through all the test cases for assigned tasks and ensure all cases are tested and passed before release for testing.
• Turn UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs.
• Participate in regular and on-demand leadership meetings.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Optimize application for maximum performance.
• Build reusable components for future use.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
• Be an active contributor during the project specification and requirement gathering phase.
• Identify problem areas and bring relevant changes.
• Present new and innovative ideas.
• Helping team members with a collaborative spirit.
• Contributes to maintaining an open, friendly and innovative working environment for every member.

• 5+ years of overall proven software development experience, focusing on web/mobile application and front-end technologies, 2+ years of experience leading team. 
• Strong experience developing responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 & UI frameworks. 
• Strong experience with JavaScript, and TypeScript. 
• Strong Experience with Angular 8+ 
• Experience with Ionic Framework v4 and up ideal 
• Applied knowledge of web and mobile development best practices. 
• Understanding of programming fundamentals and development process and strategies (ie: software development models, database systems, TDD, unit tests, domain-driven design, etc.). 
• Excellent communication skills, in English, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly. 
• Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented, team player, who is open-minded, collaborative, and adaptable. 
• Keen to learn and keep up with new technology.
