**Overview
We’re searching for a Cloud Services Solutions Engineer who’ll be responsible for the creation and deployment of cloud-based solutions and maintaining the integrity of cloud infrastructure and attached security protocols. The role will operate within the Professional Services Business Unit under the Client Relations Manager and will be based out of Vietnam.

**Responsibilities
- Combine technical expertise with customer insights to develop migration roadmaps to cloud platforms.
- Create technical documentation for solutions and train customers in their use.
- Develop architectural solutions to meet business and IT needs and ensure that all solutions perform to a high standard, are scalable, and have reliable security.
- Oversee and implement core IT infrastructure technologies including Windows and Linux IaaS, computing, networks, security, databases, and storage, as well as application development and DevOps technologies like App Service, Containers, Serverless, and Cloud Native.
- Work alongside the project team to conceive, design, and create new architecture as well as develop and implement solution packages or Cloud migrations.

**Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant field
- Strong understanding of Azure Fundamentals with a foundational certificate from AWS
- 4+ years of experience within a cloud solutions role and using major platforms (such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Service, and Google Cloud Platform)
- Impeccable written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Experience in IT infrastructure categories (Server, Storage, Network, Security, Database) & applications in the enterprise environment
- Firm grasp of Office 365 and Azure, Windows Server, and associated technologies (Virtualization, Security, Data Center, Management, etc.) and/or similar offerings
- Problem-solving and creativity skills are advantageous
