Principal Responsibilities:
* Functional Responsibilities:
1. Act as a primary SME liaison between business users/BSAs and IT project team;
2. Manage user expectations and requirements scope, drive the requirements elicitation and definition;
3. Participates in fit/gap analysis of functional requirements;
4. Do functional documentation design (use cases, functional specifications, reports, screen prototypes);
5. Design, review test cases. Manage, execute UAT.
6. Ensure the compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in projects;
7. Provides estimates for work efforts on new projects and for on-going forecasting;
* Supervisory Responsibilities:
1. Lead a small team of junior BSAs (where required)
2. Manage the vendor resources and delivery quality in projects.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:
* Qualifications:
1. 4+ years business systems analysis experience or comparable business experience;
2. Good life insurance business knowledge, LOMA certifications will be a plus;
3. Able to conduct the methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based;
4. Proficiency in software testing planning and management;
5. Ability to listen, comprehend, analyse, understand, and abstract information from customers;
6. Meticulous and precise in business requirement management, documentation of business and functional specifications;
7. Good team player and co-operative;
8. Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written, with different audiences
