As a QA Leader, your primary responsibilities include building, managing QA Team, reviewing and analyzing system specifications, Executing test scripts and reviewing results and Reporting and documenting technical issues. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail, leadership, and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases before product launches.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
• Work with internal teams (Engineering/Product) to understand clients’ requirements and product features, to ensure rigour of tests.
• Execute manual testing in a structured, reproducible way.
• Plan towards automation testing for stable products post deployments.
• Identify, record, and track bugs thoroughly.
• Conduct functional and automated testing.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Help troubleshoot issues.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Proven experience in leading a team of QA testers
• Proven experience (>3 Years) as a QA/QC/Tester or similar role
• Experience in automation testing using JavaScript, strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, Appium... in
  automation testing, etc.
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
