- Work with senior management to create product strategy and roadmap;
- Understand markets, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth;
- Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers;
- Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for MoMo and key verticals;
- Build Product team to implement the assigned features effectively;
- Work closely with the Intelligent Business team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives;
- Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies;
- Analyze users' data and feedback to measure the product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

- 4 years+ of experience in product management, engineering, and technology strategy role;
- Experience in leading a team;
- Experience working with wireframe tools and product documentation writing;
- Problems & Solutions-oriented mindset;
- Data-driven mindset, analysis skill;
- Passion for mobile payment and keen eye for good product design.
