About the role:

Manages team to plan and execute accurate and timely completion of IT operation requirements including but not limited to:

• An efficient and robust change management process for all IT changes that mitigates risk
• of outages to business.
• A routine maintenance program that ensures continuity of services to the business.
• Complies with operational risk mitigation best practice as prescribed by Risk committee
• including provision of BCP, DR and Backup functionality.
• Supports property requirements including capacity planning and general maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery

• Internet Leased Line:
  - MonitorandtroubleshootwithISPtooptimizecapacityofbandwidthwithoutpackageloss to impact business.
  - Analysenetworktrafficstoloadbalancingthroughprimaryandsecondarylinks.
• WIFI Network:
  - MonitorandsupportRadiusAuthenticationserverbeinginfunction,andsyncwithAD.
  - Maintaintoload-balancingforaccesspointshasabilitytoreducenetworkcongestionover

an area by distributing client sessions across access point radios with overlapping coverage.

• Azure AD:
  - MaintainAzureresourcesandcapabilityusagesreconcilingagainstwithinvoiceformonthly billing process.
• O365:
  - Maintainlicensetoallocate/revokeforongoingsupporttonewstafforleaving. 
  - Processannualrenewalsoflicenseaccordingtoactualusage.
  - Support to troubleshoot spamming/fishing emails reported by users.
• Atlassian:
  - Maintainandsupportmanualbackupprocessonmonthlybasis. 
  - Troubleshoot issues with Atlassian provider.
• User Access:
  - ProvideaccesstousersincludingEmail,Teamcity,Codehub,Atlassian,Slack&VPN.
  - ProcessremovinguseraccessforleavingstaffincludingADMaccountoftymedigital.com. - Processquarterlyaccessreviewprocesswithlinemanagers.
• Software License:
  - Purchaseandallocatelicensetousers:Adobe,Figma,OpenVPN,Duo,WordPress,Zeplin
• Inventory List:
  - Maintaintoupdatesoftware&hardwareinventorylistfromtimestotime

2. Hardware Delivery

•   UPS & Network equipment:
  - Diagnosticandmaintainequipmentup-timeincludingreplacementplanaccordingto lifecycle.
•   Laptops & Peripherals:
  - Processprocurement,prepare&allocateequipmentaccordingtorequirements. - Supportandcontactvendorrepairingorreplacingbrokenparts.
  - Setuplaptopfornewstafforreplacementtonewdevicewhenrequires.
•   Zoom Conference:
  - Setupandprovideequipmenttomeetrequirementofzoomconference.
•   CCTV, Access Control & Telephone:
  - Provideaccesscard,monitorandbackupallcamerafootage. - Support to troubleshoot telephone issues.
•   Air-Conditioner System:
  - Followupwithvendorstomaintainair-conditionersystemespeciallyforserverroom.
•   Electricity Allocation:
  - Monitorandtroubleshootwithvendoronelectricityproblems.

3. Collaboration

• Cyber Security:
  -  End point Protection: Support to setup Cisco AMP and Umbrella on laptops tracking all users accessing internet to detect malware, virus and illegal software impacting to business.
  -  MFA Condition Access: Support to maintain MFA condition access for outlook and OneDrive to make sure forcing end users with MS app authentication when accessing Outlook and OneDrive.
  -  Laptop Encryption: Support to encrypt all laptops for Windows, MacOS & Ubuntu including to troubleshooting when users having problem of encryption.
  -  LaptopSOE: Implement configuration of security image/scripts and security updates for the laptops.
• Dev Environment:
  - Support to set up network on Kiosk for Devs to do testing environment.
  - Maintain to integrate Dev systems to with AzureAD where requires. 
• Business Continuity Plan:
  - Coordinate with business areas to conduct BCP exercise on yearly basis.
  - Prepare an dupdate with platform team all resources accessible over VPN. 
• Property Maintenance:
  - Support finance team to work with vendor for fixing issues of furniture.
  - Manage vendor to replace and/or procure new fixed assets.
  - Cooperating with project team in office expansion/renovation.

• Major in Computer of Science or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of experience working in related areas including software installation, policy deployment, patch updates and troubleshooting in Windows & MacOS environment.
