Agents Only (www.agentsonly.com) is a gig platform for the call center industry. We are revolutionizing the contact center industry by providing a software platform that connects brands and their customer service calls with motivated at home agents. Agents Only is flipping the call center market upside down, and bringing a platform enabled approach to an outdated industry. 

Our cloud based platform attracts the best agents by providing a flexible schedule, better pay and opportunities for growth. Agents get immediate feedback on each call and are paid daily. Clients get on demand access to positive and engaged agents. The platform is a mix of a B2C and B2B product. On the agent side, the product experience is more consumer-like and on the client side, it is closer to a B2B product.  

The company is founded by entrepreneurs who have scaled businesses with thousands of employees in the past. Agents Only already has significant traction working with one of the largest brands in the world and thousands of agents on the platform.

We currently offer remote work with our teams in Vancouver, Canada and Vietnam

What we'll accomplish together

  • Define and execute on product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with management, design and engineering.
  • Own features and prototype plans end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
  • Create and execute strategic growth plans with quantified results to scale our product and business and create differentiation.
  • Leverage user research and data analysis to define customer needs and experiences, translate them into clear requirements and iterate rapidly through strategic experiments.
  • Develop and track clear metrics to assess the success and performance of product and team, and support effective decision making.
  • Coordinate and execute as a cross-functional leader and run an efficient build-measure-learn development agile cycle, with clear prioritization criteria.
  • Conduct market and industry analysis to help us shape our course

About You

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager
  • Customer first thinker who thrives in an environment of autonomy
  • History of success developing product strategy and feature roadmaps that drive a balance of key customer and business value for early stage products
  • Experience scaling products through constant learning and experimentation
  • Track record of creating seamless customer journeys using design thinking and agile, iterative product development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problems-solving skills, matched with the ability to tell a story with the data.
  • Experience in assessing product-related data collected from customer feedback and market trends to prioritize product opportunities within the framework of company’s business goals
  • An entrepreneurial mind-set and a passion for using emerging technology and data to solve unmet user needs.
  • Be known for getting things done—you love to move things forward, creatively work through challenges or blockers, and make decisions
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments—you're adaptable to changes and comfortable with task-switching, all while remaining exceptionally detail-oriented
