The Laboratory Information System (LIS, or LIMS) Administrator in DIAG is an IT Admin specific for our LIS software (Attune).

You will need to study to have in-depth knowledge of the lab software and the business process. This knowledge is to support, improve, and direct others with their operational requirements as it relates to all standalone and networked laboratory systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist verifying the correct functionality of new features working closely with international team

• Responsible for day to day support of all lab systems

• Provide IT Help Desk solutions where necessary for all lab systems in a timely manner.

• Manage all updates to the lab system and write the functional specifications for all future enhancements to the system.

• Maintain master data in LIS such as TEST, client, inventory, hospital, physician, devices...

• Manage LIS environment, LIS user management, issue resolution, testing deploy code, user training and other related LIS activities.

• Prepare reports (TAT, revenue...) to submit to the BOD

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Can communicate in English
  • IT background (Service or QC) with Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-year experience
  • Having experience in hospital or laboratory is a plus
