- Play as an architect to define and shape the front-end system for high performance apps
- Participate in product/application development life cycle, including planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance
- Build up front-end team capability
- Plan-Organize-Lead-Manage front-end team
Daily tasks
- Build and deploy performant modern web and mobile app
- Convert from design/prototype to responsive interface on the web/app
- Work with product managers to implement products and features, and test their impact to business metrics.
- Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
- Engage in service capacity and demand planning, software performance analysis, tuning and optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to define and prototype feature specifications
- Training and coaching team members

Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience in building high performance apps including mega app and micro front-end
- Expert knowledge of modern JS frame works and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue …
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Expert knowledge of CLI, setup project environment, running automated test using libraries
- Basic understanding of User Experience
- "Product Engineering" mindset
- Adheres to strict delivery schedules
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development
- Experience in Team Leader in the Front-End Project
- Strong communication skills
