- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
- Support PM in projects kick off, implementation and closing stage: Monitor projects’ progress, quality review before release to Clients, quality enhancement plan,...
- Provide alerts , warnings and remedies concerning due date, potential risks and problems for running/ future projects, making recommendations for improvement.
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
- Salary: 700-1800$ / Negotiable according to capacity
- At least 13th month salary + project-based bonus +Yearly Performance Bonus + bonus for Excellent Employee and Excellent Team ++
- Reviewing salary increase: at least 2 times/year, based on work performance and company’s performance;
- Participating in diverse projects, developing and applying the latest technologies.
- In addition to monthly salary, allowances for certificates in English, Japanese, ISTQB, AWS, Salesforce ... will from 1-10 million vnd /month.
- The company is scaling up quickly with lots of opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Supporting Japanese courses and advanced courses to improve professional skills; opportunities to work and train abroad.
- Working hour: From Monday to Friday - Flexible working time. “Overtime” (OT) is limited. Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law.

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- At least ~2 years experience working in software quality assurance
- Certificate in quality assurance or english or japanese is a plus.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
