 Create plan, execute regression test and report test results

• Participate in project meetings to discuss and agree on the automation testing approach;
• Write, design and execute automated tests by creating pieces of code that run automated test functions;
• Design and execute test cases on application programming interfaces (APIs), Web (Chrome, etc..) and mobile devices (Android, iOS)
• Build test automation frameworks;
• Communicating with stakeholders and managing information related to testing work.

Monitor progress, analyze test results and create test documentation

• Participate in project requirements review to understand test objectives, provide input on testability of requirements and estimate for testing activities;
• Determine the appropriate test to be performed including the test data to be used.
• Manage test data by collecting the results of each test period to identify defects.
• Prepare test documents: User Guide, Test plan, Testcase, Test strategy, Automation test script, ...
• Development of a framework, a library of source code for test automation running web applications, mobile apps, APIs.

Education:

• College, university or equivalent degree in IT majors

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of software development process (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, V- Shaped, Spiral, ...);
• Knowledge of Web, Mobile and API Testing;
• Knowledge of Test procedures, strategies and techniques of software testing;
• Knowledge of Object-oriented Programming (OOP);
• General knowledge of design patterns in automation testing;
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked under the software process, have knowledge of software quality control systems, QA, QC, have a lot of experience in automation testing.

Professional certificates:

• College/university degree or certificate; IT major, or related major is preferred
• Having certification in testing activities is an advantage (ISTQB, LambdaTest Certifications, ...)

Professional experience:

• Understanding of Test process, strategy and techniques of software testing;
• Experience in organizing, implementing and managing test activities;
• Experience in monitoring continuous review of automation test state(s);
• Experience in cost, schedule and quality management by overseeing test automation deliveries;
• Experience in identifying the need for change, determining course of action, and modifying as appropriate;
• Have a good understanding of different test methods;
• Experience working with CI/CD tools and processes (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or equivalent);
• Priority will be given to candidates who have worked under software processes, have knowledge of software quality control systems, QA, QC, have a lot of experience in Automation Testing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Security Testing is an advantage;
• Experience and ability to use Performance test tools (Jmeter, BlazeMeter, Locust...) is an advantage.
