• Responsible for the project before stakeholders. Coordinate with stakeholders, report on project status, propose options to make the project run smoothly, ensuring project quality.
•  Manage the project’s scope and timeline.
•  Coordinate project events (retrospective meetings, weekly meetings, daily stand-ups).
• Manage project team, evaluate/review project team capacity. Manage project workload of the members.
• Risk management. Identify/reduce/prevent risks to ensure projects run on schedule.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
• Coach team members.

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience working as Project Manager or Scrum Master for at least 2 years for a software development team.
• Excellent skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Highly motivated, directed, and a team player
• Excellent English in both written, and oral communication
• Knowledge of various project management approaches: Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban,..)
