The Opportunity
We are looking for BrSE who will play a role as a communication channel between the developing teams in Vietnam and Japan to grow our business and Digitalisation of the Construction industry dynamically. Working in the form of Squads with a product manager, small teams, allows you to engage from design, development, testing to operation and maintenance. We provide opportunities to use new languages and frameworks in an international environment.
Job Scope
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyst the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholder.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Development environment
- Backend: Ruby (on Rails), Go ,Amazon Aurora(MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB.
- FrontEnd: Nuxt.js/ Vue.js, ReactJS.
- Mobile App: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter.
- Deploy/ Build: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub Actions.
- Others: Swagger, Docker, ZenHub, Figma.

Yêu cầu công việc
Must-have:
- Over 2 years of working experience as BrSE.
- Japanese language skill: N2 level or more.
- Expertise in quality assurance work on testing web and mobile applications (preferable).
- Empathy for Andpad's mission and values.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving as well as teamwork skills with pro-active and independent concentration.
- Good logical thinking and able to work under high pressure.
- Well-organised, creative and capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Have is plus:
- Able to grasp trends and research new technologies (Ruby on Rails, Go, Vue.js, ReactJS, Kotlin, Swift, Flutter.)
- Experience in the above software “Development environment” development at least 3 years.
