We’re seeking a Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365) Solutions Engineer to collaborate with our virtual team and create solutions in Security & Compliance, teamwork, insights, Surface, and Modern Desktop that will empower employees and drive business. The role will operate within the Professional Services Business Unit under the Client Relations Manager and will be based out of Vietnam.

Responsibilities:
Provide insight on customer needs and consultation on Microsoft 365-based digital office solution packages (Modern Workplace) to improve communication, collaboration, and work productivity.
Support adoption and integration of specific solution packages for customers
Help customers manage, operate, handle, and collaborate with other parties to troubleshoot issues related to solutions.
Produce technical documentation and coach customers to utilize the solution
Analyze, design, and build architecture alongside the project team and plan for and deploy Cloud solution packages (on-premises & cloud), or migrate from other Cloud platforms to office 365.
Collaborate with the technical team, sales team, and partners to identify, evaluate, and grow potential prospects.
Assorted related tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Technical Science, Engineering, or another related field
Microsoft 365 fundamental certification is an advantage
4+ years of experience in technology related to digital office enterprise systems
Practical understanding of Microsoft's on-premises technologies including, but not limited to, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and SharePoint Server
Proven experience with Modern Workplace technologies operating on Microsoft's cloud platform such as Microsoft Teams and related solutions, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Desktop Analytics, Conditional Access, identity governance, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
Presentation and project management skills
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
