• Support users in their daily work with Dynamic AX 2012 R3 system and be able to give functional advice for them.
• Setup and design user roles and privilege in AX R3 system.
• Be able to gather and analyze business requirements from end users and provide IT solution to solve their problem
• Be responsible to setup and config AX R3 POS application for new opening stores
• Customize and extend functions of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and AX Retail POS using X++ and C#.
• Be able to design and develop multiple data import/export interfaces integration with AX 2012 R3 using Microsoft’s best practices. 
• Create documentation, provides user orientation and training for the new/customization functions of AX R3 systems.
• Be the person in charge of many modules in AX R3 system such as AR, AP, IM, GL and Retail.
• Optimize and improve the system by detecting issues earlier through daily maintenance, then determine the root cause of incidents and make recommendations for prevention in the future.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• 3+ years’ experience customizing and developing in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Dynamics 2012 experience is required. 
• Functional knowledge in the AR, AP, IM, GL and Retail POS of AX 2012 R3 is required. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team and provide technical support for junior member if needed.
• Experienced with X++, SSRS and SQL Server is a must. 
• Experienced with C#, Web API and .NET technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problems-solving skills is a must.
• Additional certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus. 
• Experienced in Retail industry knowledge is a plus.
