We are looking for 20 QA QC Tester (Manual or Automation) to join our amazing team.

Manual Testers' Responsibilities:

• Understand and decide test coverage.
• Create/Modify test-related artifacts (test case, test report, test plan).
• Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments.
• Perform testing and provide task reports.
• Track the defect into bug tracking tools.
• Can support development team to reproduce the bugs.
• Daily / Weekly / On-demand report to Leader.
• Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality.
• Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations.

Automation Testers' Responsibilities"

• Follow test cases that provide by manual team to develop test scripts.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test cases and test scripts.
• Guide the automation testing efforts and liaise with leads to ensure any developed QA frameworks are reusable across similar technologies.
• Evangelize the QA practice and the QA professionals in the team.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to senior management and team members.
• Drive QA process and standards changes to benefit high-performing teams.
• Train and coach junior QA engineers and ensure they have a great on-boarding experience.
• Daily / Weekly / On-demand report to QC leader the progress and status of the assigned tasks.
• Ensure the assigned tasks are performed on-time and with high quality.
• Follow the project and organization regulations.

Manual Testers' requirements:

• Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Have work experience of 2 years or above in web application testing.
• Experience in mobile/network testing is a plus.
• Able to use English.
• Experience in using bug and feature tracking tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, well self-organized and responsible in work.

Automation Testers' requirements:

• Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Have at least 1 year of experience as QC/QA/Tester.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Java or Python.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Automation testing (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber or TestNG).
• Able to use English.
• Have knowledge on Web server and Web services.
• Good logical thinking and teamwork skills.
