the primary focus of this role is:

YOUR TASKS
- In a global environment, you will evaluate, coordinate and implement optimization of technical development in the system area along the v-model
- You will determine and define together with our customer projects the methods and tools for systems engineering, analyze them and develop appropriate solutions, evaluate their alternatives and prepare decisions for improvement projects
- You will support and coach series projects in the application of development standards and methods
- In addition, you will participate in interdisciplinary project teams for the further development of processes, methods and tools for product development
- Along the way you will work closely with the globally active business partners in the analysis, application and implementation of our approaches
- You report regularly to internal stakeholders and create transparency about the degree of maturity of the implemented solutions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed study with a degree in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering. physics or comparable
- A desire for systems engineering and the willingness to roll this out in an interesting environment
- First professional experience in a comparable environment and practical experience desirable
- Analytical, structured mindset, strong communication skills in English as well as very good understanding of processes and methods
- A systematic and process-oriented approach as well as ideally a secure handling of relevant methods (SPICE AGILE, etc.) and tools (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody) would be beneficial
- Self-reliance and ability to work in an international environment
