Main development duties are as follows: 
- Build and maintain the environment for development/work where team members can work comfortably, productively, efficiently
- Selection and employment for human resources that can maintain the policy of existing team and can expand our service
- Develop our service that should provide high quality products and make money.

HAVE TO:

- Over 5 years of experience in web open development, leadership experience: 3 year+
- Language Skill: Excellent communication in English/ Japanese.
- Expeience with Agile Scrum Development
- Experience as a project leader/ manager
- Schedule management capabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with other teams
- Willing to listen to difference opinions from others
- Ability to assess and provide strict feedback to member to member when necessary.
- Have a good sense of ownership and high responsibility
- Ability to quickly adapt new technology
- Self-driven, proactive  

NICE TO HAVE:
- Expeience with agile system development 
- Interest/Experience in the latest trends of IT 
- Experience with a system developemnt using cloud services 
- Experience working as a project leader
