• Manage multiple digital projects efficiently and effectively such as ecommerce platforms, mobile applications, software implementations and inhouse digital tools,
• Manage change requests, issues/bugs logs by assessing per priority (minor, normal, important critical) and fix them in the given timeline,
• Prepare and present regular status updates of all projects for review to the management and all the teams involved
• Design and suggest technical solutions to fulfill business requirements
• Implement the technical requirements for any feature, functionality listed in the backlog after validation from Jacobins Digital project management,
• Do proper QA testing, and UAT before validating with the stakeholders,
• Verify and challenge scope and cost of technical deliveries from both internal and external stakeholders and ensure they meet expectations
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and follow up on technical backlogs and documentation,
• Build and Maintain Functional and Technical documentation
• Be the key interlocutor amongst project stakeholders (internal and external)
• Work closely with IT team for tools integration (API),
• Raise any identified technical issues or threat to management.
• Do proper QA testing, and UAT before validating with the stakeholders

• Be active about high quality deliverables and creative execution,
• Be a strong hands-on, rubber-meets-road type that can organize and operate multi-faceted projects 
• Be the arbiter of process: defines roles and responsibilities clearly, leveraging experience to ensure work meets the stakeholders requirements and provide input to the internal team as needed
• Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple levels 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with Magento and /or ORO
• Experience working with Microsoft solutions (365 FO, PowerApps),
• Experience working with information security practices,
• Experience working with domain structures and user authentication,
• Experience working with Wordpress
• Experience with APIs/MicroServices
• Good skills in data administration, design, and architecture
