Team 1: Senior DevOps Engineer

• Build functional systems that improve customer experience.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, documentation, and support)
• Deploy product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.
• Build Automation process for testing & deployment on cloud or on-premises.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Team 2: Senior IT Cloud Engineer

• Proactive monitoring of alerts (Eg: Email, SMS, Dashboard,...) through and taking action as per the statement of work defined
• Manage/track incidents reported by customers and alerts generated by the system. Collaborate with L1 and L3 team to investigate and resolve the issue, provide the incident report, manage incident tickets
• Maintain server credentials, key/password rotation, SSL certifications (tracking Certificate expiry and reporting, renewal of certificates)
• Perform deployment, patching, monitoring, and other maintenance support activities to the servers with support from DevOps and the application team
• Review and implement Azure/AWS cloud optimization/recommendations
• Prepare documents for the operation activities: Process documents, technical documents, checklists, FAQs
• Meeting with the project team, provide clarification for incidents, requests, problems, changes, and other issues

Job Requirements:

• Well-Knowledge in software development process
• Good knowledge of one of programing languages: NodeJS, C#, Java, Python, …
• Experienced in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure ...)
• Standard Linux/Windows OS knowledges.
• Experienced in Network Lan or Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent majors/ experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
• Problem-solving attitude
• Experience in cross-platform testing & deployment tools.
• English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
