- Installing, configuring and maintaining operating system, database software, and middleware application.
- Monitoring and identifying application error, performance issue, or security break and working with developers to implement fixes.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems/platform and infrastructure availability.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level online and onsite support.
- Working with sale engineers in consulting and providing POC on company products and services.
- Supporting sale engineers in running hardware and software product configuration and deployment.
- Providing internal and external training on system and platform solution.
- Researching and paticipating in training course of new technology on system and platform.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Skill and experience
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux based environments.
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, weblogic, Apache, Ruby, NGINX)
- Solid Cloud experience in AWS, Azure
- Experience with virtualization and containerization like Vmware, Kubernetes,…
- Experience with monitoring systems and tools.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Perl, Ruby, Python)
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Experience with installing and management database (Oracle, SQLServer, Mysql, PostgreSQL,…)
- Experience of deploying and runing Middleware software (weblogic, Oralce Data Integration, Oracle GoldenGate, WebSphere, Jboss,..).
- Experience of deploying and maintaining Red Hat Pam, Oracle BPM, IBM BMP is a PLUS.
- Experience of Installing and configuring Container platform (Kubernetes, Openshift, docker) is a PLUS.
- Knownledge and experience on Big Data platform/solution is a PLUS.
- Certification
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- At least 1 Linux system administrator/database administrator certification.
- BPM/ECM Certification is a PLUS
- Big data Certification is a PLUS.
