- Participate in large-scale digital project development for worldwide leading companies on various business domains
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work
- Discuss technical solutions with clients and provide innovative new ideas to solutions
- Participate in design and code reviews for components produced by project teams
- Integrate with server-side code to produce dynamic pages
- Contribute to documentation (instructional, pitch and technical specification) and tools improvement
- Team management: assist junior members with design challenges and coding issues; evaluate their performance on a defined period

For Senior:
- At least 4-year experience, and in-depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and design patterns
- Multiple experiences with JS Framework and CSS Grids: JQuery, JQuery UI, TWBootstrap
- Familiar with Photoshop, assets exports, PSD to HTML
- Familiar with CSS preprocessors: LESS / SASS
- Hands-on experience in frameworks: AngularJS / ReactJS / Backbone.js
- Familiar with task runners and the F-E build process: Grunt / Gulp, JS/CSS Validation, Assets optimization, Node HTTP servers, etc…
- Familiar with source control management: git and gitflow
- Familiar with bug tracking systems: Jira / Redmine / Mantis
- Good understanding of Web Accessibility, technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Good communication in English
- Strong leadership, collaboration, presentation skill, ability to think creatively and strategically
- Practical experience of NodeJS development is an advantage
- Experience in back-end development is an advantage
For Junior:
- Fresh or 1-2 years experience in front-end development
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and design patterns
- Knowledge on JS Frameworks and CSS Grids: JQuery, TWBootstrap
- Experience with Photoshop, assets exports, PSD to HTML
- Knowledge on CSS preprocessors: LESS / SASS
- Knowledge and understanding of source control management: git and git flow
- Basic knowledge of Web Accessibility, technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Good communication in English
- High teamwork spirit, ability to think logically, creatively and act tactically
- Ability to self-study and research, willing to learn attitude
- Practical experience of Gulp / Grunt is an advantage
- Knowledge about Frameworks: AngularJS / ReactJS is an advantage
