- Participate in software design
- Deliver software with quality
- Research and provide technical recommendation
- Participate in development team strategy definition
- Participate in product development and clarify working scope with the other team members
- Support software delivery to production
- Participate in SaaS layer and integrate with PaaS layer
- Development team’s KPI monitoring
- Be the main contact person between development team and other stakeholders
- Decision-making in technical development along with defined standards together with related stakeholder
- Coaching team for good development practice
- Do knowledge sharing among the team from time to time
- Taking care of 3-4 developers in one development team
- Research and recommend technical selection on backend context
- All other duties as assigned

- Have 6+ years in mobile programming languages Android, Kotlin, etc
- Understand Restful concept
- Understand MVC design pattern
- Understand Android XML layout (Android)
- Have measurable achievement in team management or related working scope
- Have experience in relational database, noSQL is advantage
- Have experience in unit testing and automate testing tool
- Good understanding in UML, ER, HLDS document
- Can work under pressure
- Open to learn new technology
- Good at English communication, especially in the global software development environment
