Objectives
- The Platform Business Analyst will support Platform PO for building Amanotes's operation & publishing platform
What You Will Do
- Support to build a flexible operation system following Amanotes business model
- Work across teams to coordinate product planning, technical implementation and communication with users
- Specify requirements and be responsible for product functionality
- Take high-level product requests and break them down into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Manage the reporting process to ensure transparency for clients on the project management
- Demo new product builds to the client to create an open feedback channel and discuss new feature requirements
- Produce insightful dashboard given by data sources, monitor and report all metrics important to the business operation
- Work with the external and internal team to manage issues reported by the user for all production deployments

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in IT or business management or business information system
- At least 2 years of experience in product management is crucial
- Experience with internal or user-facing products
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to successfully work with various teams
- Experience with qualitative data and quantitative data
- Ability to write SQL queries and use data analysis tools and APIs
- Deeply understanding the software development life cycle, the characteristics of every step
- Familiar with working on cross-team function structure
