Technical Solution (50%)
• Be an integral part of the application development team, with special emphasis on implementing the business logic and data access layer of application code (TSQL, C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
• Review code, standardization code and business requirements for the developer team
• Perform a technical analysis of the requirements, propose the technical solutions and control technical outputs of the team
• Document technical designs, processes, and create requirement analysis documents
• Write releasing notes for application

Project execution (40%)
• Perform the Project Manager role that is representative of VietNam’s resource account (Dev & QA)
• Supply sprint capacity, and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks
• Organize retrospective sprint meeting to review Team’s contribution and improvement
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Manage personnel assignments, allocate assigned team members to projects, and leverage their skills and experience to ensure source code quality and on-time delivery

Leadership (10%)
• Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members
• Be in charge of employee performance review and company’s Objectives
• Be responsible for problem-solving and team development (team building)

• 5 years or more of experience in software development and software system architecture;
• Having experience in developing information systems for many users, including e-commerce systems is an advantage;
• Having in-depth knowledge of building software with PHP, Python, NodeJS, Java, and React JS;
• Experience in software development with multi-threading, multi-processing;
• In-depth experience in building and optimizing MySQL and MongoDB databases
• Experience in designing and implementing systems under microservices architecture;
• Fluent English;
• Mastering the overall design and software detail design;
• Working with systematic thinking, capable of in-depth research;
