When participating in Grooo, you will be actively involved in the Insurance project with partners and stakeholders.
- Work with vendors and clients, make sure that we understand their needs and Project status.
- Analyze the requirement with end user and vendor to define the project scope and their expectation.
- Establish and manage project schedules and detailed work plans to ensure that all parties stay on track with project requirements, deadlines, and programs;
- Provide reports, clear updates on the development of projects, know how to describe issues and necessary actions to stakeholders;
- Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
- Highly organized and excellent time management ability

Yêu cầu công việc
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related. PMP or an equivalent Agile (SCRUM, LeSS) certification would be considered an asset
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Project Manager role, good insurance knowledge is an advantage.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Vietnamese.
- Familiar with MS Project, JIRA/Confluence for dashboards, boards configuration, burndown, and similar tools.
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
