PROPEL CO., LTD. is a start up company founded by a Japanese CEO. We will develop the Human Resource Management System to propel productivity and business growth of enterprises in Vietnam.

We are looking for a Business Analyst as a start-up member. 

As a start-up member, you will be responsible for translating documents from English to Vietnamese, writing API Document, making development plans with engineers.

• Understand Business requirement and Functional design documents to develop system
• Translate Functional design documents from English to Vietnamese
• Translate technical document  from English to Vietnamese(Entity relationship diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram）
• Write API document (API Specifications)
• Create a development plan and schedule with Backend and Frontend Engineers
• Report task progress daily to the CEO
• Support Clients to implement our system.

- Evaluate performance twice a year for a chance to increase salary.

- 13th month salary.

- Working hours：Mon - Fri: 8am-17pm

- A PC will be provided.

Language Requirements:

-  English OR Japanese (JLPT N3)

-  Must be fluent level (NOT ONLY Read and Write BUT ALSO Speak and Listen）

Experience Requirements:

-  2+ years of work experience as a business analyst

-  2+ years of experience in writing API documents (API specification)

-  Have experience in managing project that develops and manages own products

-  Have experience in making development plan(schedule) and manage project

Technical Requirements:

-  Able to understand functional document

- Able to understand technical document 
(Entity relationship diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram）

- Able to understand system architecture

- Able to write API documents

- Have enough knowledge about PHP・JavaScript・Laravel・React

Other Requirements:

- Age: 27 ~ 32 year old

- Able to communicate with CEO in English OR Japanese fluently

- Able to communicate collaboratively and constructively with backend engineers and frontend engineers in Vietnamese

- Have knowledge and understanding about agile development and scrum

- Understand requirements from business side and able to translate them into technical requirements and solutions

- Able to make development plan (schedule) and monitor and report development progress

- Have a strong product mindset to focus not only on technical but also user experience.
