- Understand the product, constantly optimize the performance, identify and fix problems, improve stability and user experiences;
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship and review code for mobile engineers in team;
- Work with relevant departments (QCs, Product/UX, Business Unit, Backend Engineering,..) to make sure app releases provide the best performance;
- Be a representative to Mobile Engineering team, internally and externally.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 7+ years experience in mobile focus on Android/iOS;
- A degree of Computer Science, Software Engineer/ Information Technology or experiences in related fields;
- Knowledge of cross-platform mobile apps (React Native);
- Understand CI/CD implementation, DevOps lifecycle;
- Knowledge in secure coding, security best practices;
- Experience with a supper app, serving millions of users will be a very huge plus;
- Eager to learn and real passion for coding and programming, innovation and solving; challenging problems to improve mobile app’s UX for customers;
- High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business;
- High responsibility and diligence.
