Pentalog has developed a long-term relationship with one of the leading Internet services providers in France that have used our teams in Hanoi for multiple development projects over the past few years.

As a continuation of this collaboration, we have recently launched a new JAVA-based project to help the client provide efficient connectivity solutions, secure Internet access tools, and safety measures to ensure optimal website exploitation.

Now, we are searching for resourceful Java Developers with Tech leadership inclination, to take part in this project and help implement the application. If you are ready to tackle the challenges of a dynamic project, then you are exactly the person we are looking for.

Our ideal candidate: is a person with a prior role as a Team Leader, Technical Leader, or Scrum Master in any well-known software environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in software development with JAVA 7/ 8;
• Proven expertise in web development using Spring 4 – Spring MVC frameworks;
• ORM: Hibernate 4, JPA 2;
• Experience in using Eclipse, FindBug plugin, Maven 3, Git 2.0;
• A QA mindset and experience in JUNIT testing: Spring test, EasyMock, Spring data test etc;
• Knowledge of Centos and MariaDB (MySQL);
• Experience with Microservices, Spring boot, Code Quality control: Sonar;
• Proficiency in RESTFUL services;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• English language skills.

For the Scrum Master role, you will need:

• Excellent command of Agile/ Scrum software delivery methodology;
• Understanding of software development processes and procedures;
• Good communication skills;
• Exceptional leadership skills as you will play a model role and influence your team with your knowledge and Agile-infused experience of delivery;
• Good analytical skills;
• The ability to respond to issues/problems related to the team or project, in a quick and effective manner;
• Good English language skills.

Extra skills

• French is not mandatory but will be highly appreciated.
