WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Delivery managers are responsible for leading a team that assists clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and products. They work with stakeholders and end users to plan and configure systems, to develop solutions that will achieve needed objectives. They oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all of the parties involved to ensure a smooth process with minimal disruption. They may develop or supervise training programs to educate users, and also lead support and troubleshooting efforts.

RESPONSIBILITES:
About PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Take ultimate responsibility for project success.
• Coordinate internal resources in both onsite, offshore, near-shore and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Monitor and track project progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with all parties.
About PRE-SALES:
• Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
• Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
• Coordinates closely with sales and delivery team to align solution design with customers’ requirements.
• Present solutions, company service offering to the customers.
• Pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
• Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate with computer science or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with 4 years of experience in Project Management.
• Good at English
• Onsite long term in Korea
• Excellent in business development.
• Excellent in Communication/Negotiation Skills.
