We are looking engineering manager/domain chapter lead with responsibility to manage the Automotive engineering team for our major Automotive client, and lead an Automotive domain chapter organization in location/region. Domain chapters are a global organization focused on technology excellence with a key focus to build a regional team co-operating and delivering global offering.
Responsibilities:
- Country/regional team Line Management
- Building the team according to the demand pipeline (manage hiring, upskilling ...)
- Chapter growth strategy in locations/region
- Growing technical competence of the team
- Supporting presale/business growth globally
