• Work closely with the team and relevant stakeholders to plan and implement solutions to meet the business objectives and outcomes.
• Work closely with the Product Manager, Principal Developer, and relevant stakeholders to research, design, plan and implement solutions to meet the business objectives and outcomes. (for Senior roles).
•  Display a sense of code ownership, code quality, and refine your skills in the entire SDLC.
•  Effectively communicate with relevant team members on the project deliverables from start to finish.
•  Work on any project/solution and align the focus with the business outcomes.
•  Follow technical standards and quality activities.
• Full stack software development including front-end design and implementation and be willing to cross-skill and work on every part of the process/product.

• You have strong experience with developing vertical product slices using one of the modern technologies such as NodeJS/ReactJS, or NodeJS/VueJS or C#/.NET, React Native, GraphQL, Springboot, AWS (Lambda,EC2, RDC, SQS, ECS etc), Azure, GCP, Docker, K8s, etc
• You are familiar with best engineering practices such as test-driven development, clean code, KISS, YAGNI, SOLID, CI/CD, trunk-based development, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with consuming APIs and integrations with third-party systems or similar.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work across the entire stack/lifecycle, while liaising with stakeholders (internal and external).
• Interest in delivering sustainable solutions and building delightful user experiences.
• DevOps mindset with experience in deploying and operating what you built across non-production and production environments.
• You are keen to work in a highly collaborative agile environment and to contribute to the positive and safe culture of your team.
• Any prior experience with software consultancy would be a bonus.
• Fluent in English both verbal & written.
