• Expert advice and e-Commerce solution development based on SAP Commerce/Hybris platform.
• Strong understanding of software development processes such as waterfall, agile scrum. Leading design, development, and documentation for SAP Commerce implementation following project objectives.
• Lead and guide team in technical implementation, participate in requirement gathering and design, standard product setup and demo sessions.
• Develop solution design, perform solution configuration based on understanding of business requirements, industry specific requirements, and system integration requirements.
• Develop high quality backend and frontend code to realize the detail requirements that meet quality and security standards. Provide root cause analysis and resolve technical issues if needed.
• Ability to developing test suite at multi-level from unit to component, system, and integration to ensure code quality.
• Provide code review and recommendation for custom development, plus system build shell scripting for system deployment.

• About 10 years of total software development experience with minimum 4+ years of experience with estimation, architecture proposing, custom development and configuration for large scale SAP Commerce / Hybris platform.
• Strong and solid knowledge and experience of web app technologies with Java/J2EE stack as backend including Spring Framework and modern frontend frameworks.
• Expertise with SAP Commerce/Hybris tooling for system build, monitoring and development.
• Experience of design and development of SAP Commerce solution for B2C, B2B, Marketplace leveraging SAP accelerators, standard components such as PIM, Order Management, Pricing and Promotions, Backoffice customization, OCC, SOLR,...
• Strong experience of design and development for system, solution integration.
• Experience of source version control tooling such as git, svn together with CI tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Maven Gradle,...
• Knowledge of system deployment i.e. Ansible,... is a plus
• Familiar with Agile methodology, Scrum planning/execution,...
• Ability to adapting new environments, applications, methodologies and work under pressure.
