• Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems/projects with team members.
• Designing & developing complex applications or software
• Build reusable components, frameworks, libraries
• Source code optimization to ensure the following criteria: high-quality, well-tested, clean, available, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
• Participate in project business analysis, and brainstorm to build technical solutions for project features and functions.
• Participate in researching new technology solutions for the project
• Maintain and enhance existing backend services
• Provide production support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of frontend and backend services
• Participate in the building of CI/CD process

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Over 3 years of experience working as a Software Engineer or Backend Engineer
• Proficient in .NET and .NET Core. Having experience with Java, and NodeJS is a plus.
• Experience in working with RDBMS: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
• Experience in web front-end technologies: Javascript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in front-end framework: ReactJS
• Good in Detail Design, including Data models and API Specs.
• Have solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• In-depth understanding of OOP, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Clean Architecture
• Experience in building services, back-end applications in the architecture model of Microservices, Distributed Systems, and service application development on Docker platform
• Experience working with Threads, Cache, Queue, Logs systems
• Good knowledge of performance, and security.
• Proficient in code review, refactoring code, and Unit testing
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
