We are looking for a person who can:

  1. Must be able to clearly communicate via email, chat and phone with end users and technicians.
  2. Record, maintain and update issues in the Incident Management system.
  3. Keep customers informed on the status of their requests.
  4. Resolution of level one issues - Following knowledgebase articles and procedures.
  5. Document and submit problem resolutions to the knowledge database in order to assist other Support personnel with problem resolutions.
  6. Escalate incidents to level2/level3 support.
  7. Identify recurring issues.

Working shifts: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Asian shift) or 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (European shift), and 1 in 2 weekend days; Grab is provided for European shift

You properly are the potential candidate for this position, if you have:

  1. At least one (01) year of technical support or IT desk side support.
  2. VMware knowledge.
  3. Hyper-V knowledge.
  4. Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and take on new responsibilities as assigned.

You would be a strong candidate, if you have one of these following:

  1. Advanced English (in both spoken and written)
  2. Understanding of the basics of Microsoft Server OS and Linux OS.
  3. Network basics, such as TCP/IP, Ping, Trace Route.
  4. Must be customer and detail oriented.
  5. Be able to work in shifts
