Responsibilities

• Manage all computer hardware, software, operation system, and application used in the office.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and network, replace parts as required.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
• Manage and maintain all spare hardware/IT equipment.
• Monitoring and checking internet/phone lines or related IT equipment.
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Manage working places and user accounts.
• Manage and do safety checks on the server room.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation.
• Another IT work assigned by Manager.

• Experienced in applications, and office computing when supporting users.
• Master the expertise and experience related to computer hardware, Windows operating systems, Mac, and Ubuntu for workstations.
• Knowledge of the operation mechanism and operation of Email, DHCP, DNS services.
• Ability to diagnose and solve simple problems related to these services.
