- Develop the back-end software, maintain and update the existing code;
- Understand and analyze system requirements, be able to code and develop features and components required
- Follow the Scrum workflow and complete tasks from the team backlog
- Advocate to improve the design, usability, and performance of websites and services
- Apply for code reviews and development quality reviews
- Educating junior/middle developers on best practices
- Create tests of developed features
- Assist with the creation and development of feature requirements
- Troubleshooting coding bugs or functionality errors

- At least 6 years of experience in Backend Web Development working with Nodejs, Nextjs,...
- Experience with using databases like MySQL, Redis, Postgres, MongoDB
- Experience with using AWS
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch
- Design pattern, data structure and algorithms
- Experience in and success with Agile software development methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Intermediate (or higher) English skills
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and ReactJS
- Experience with using Git
- Interested in technical challenges and eager to explore new technologies.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements.
- Ability to work independently, proactive problem solver.
