• Lead an Agile team of 8-12 people
• Be responsible for product development from planning to acceptance within Agile teams
• Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly, and predictably through a focus on risk management, technical excellence, business value, and the needs of the end customer
• Accountable for the quality of Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Set the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed
• Conflict resolution within/between the delivery team and stakeholders
• Manage the relationship successfully with the client and all stakeholders through excellent communication
• Guide and coach the team to become self-organized
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project manager/ Scrum Master.
