Cazoodle specializes in building new search engines that aggregate information from thousands of online sources, creating a one stop-destination for users to quickly navigate through all their possible choices for finding funding opportunities, renting an apartment or buying a certain product.

We are seeking software developers to join our team tasked with maintaining and developing not only our vertical search applications but also our crawling platform which helps collect and aggregate data from online sources.

Job Responsibilities (include, but not limited to the following)

• Developing software products, joining in one or more development phases, from analysis, design, coding, testing to deployment and maintenance (coding is required),
• Working closely with data engineers, system analysts, designers and staff to enhance existing in-house software and develop new tools as requested,
• Producing software specifications and training manuals for users,
• Helping customer support team to resolve users’ technical inquiries, including ones for in-house software.

• Ability to use these development languages & tools including PHP, Python, SQL, Javascript, Bash Shell, Hadoop, SOLR, Elasticsearch is a plus.
