What you will do

• Participate in all phases of the product development life cycle.
• Understand the product you are building.
• Analyse requirements, design solution and develop functionalities based on the product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new features.
• Write high-quality, clean, elegant, and maintainable code using Go.
• Optimize the system for reliability and performance.
• Design and implement various supporting tools as needed.
• Research innovative technologies, focus on micro-service technology.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to more junior members.

• 2+ years experience in Backend programming (at least 6 months with Go language). We also welcome strong candidates having fewer years of experience as well, please tell us why "year" does not matter.
• Solid technical skill, you talk confidently about Go (or Java, C/C++) and are willing to learn innovative technologies.
• Knowledge about gRPC /REST API and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, etc.
• Understanding of system design and tuning for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Experience with Microservices, Cloud Native architecture is a plus.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka messaging is a plus.
• Open-minded, can-but-not-blindly-do attitude. You have a "can-do" attitude, which is already very cool, but you also must be able to pause and ask "should we do it".
• Be on your own, dedicated and committed, we strongly believe in autonomy, there's likely no one to tell you what to do.
