Job Description

As a software engineer of a Vietnamese-based multinational company, you will develop an innovative solution for the pharmaceutical market in Vietnam and South East Asia countries. 

Weekly & daily operation contains (but are not limited to): 

• Understand how to build a mobile app and how our business works 
• Work with Business Analysts and Product team to receive their requirements 
• Receive assignment from lead to complete what is prioritized 
• Analyze requirements and find a way to implement the features 
• Help the QC team test new features or reproduce bugs 
• Debug the app and resolve problems 
• Cooperate with other teammates / other departments with your capacity to deliver (whatever) in order to help the company grow 
• Manage & assign tasks to other members of the teams 

As a Senior: 

• You will be the candidate to lead a small squad of 4-8 members 
• You can make decisions to contribute more to product success 
• You have to guide new members & help teammates to complete their tasks

1. Must have: 

• Progressive mindset: want to do something big, want to change the world & people’s life, willing to learn/use something new 
• Product mindset: have product ownership, think/care/live with product life cycle 
• Open mindset: comfortable in expressing & communicating 
• Minimum 3 year(s) work in mobile app development  
• Understand how the web/internet works 
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skill 
• Experienced with one of the following technologies: ReactJS, ReactNative, Flutter, IOS / Android native  
• Experienced with RESTful APIs 
• Business-oriented mindset 

2. Nice to have:

• Experienced with over-10M-users mobile applications (Grab, Momo, Zalo, Zalopay, Tiki, ZingMP3, …)
• Experienced with integration with 3rd party
