** JOB DESCRIPTION**

• Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, and Closure) to ensure project goals and objective
• Project estimation, budget control, people management, and risk management
• Ensure software development standards and practices are compliant with company processes
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle
• Work closely with the customer to resolve open topics and align common goals
• Lead and motivate the team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring
• Take part in the talent selection process for the company as a technical interviewer, and take initiative in improving reporting, processes, workflow, and customer outcomes
• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine essential training needs
• Actively participates as a leader in the company to contribute to building up Bosch company culture

• B.S or equivalent degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, or related major
• 3+ years of experience in Software Development (Embedded, C)
• Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management processes
• Excellent Resource Management and Time Management skills
• Understanding of the development process of automotive software.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and lead teams
• English proficiency is a must.
• Experience in the Automotive field is an advantage
