Position Description

As a Lead AI Engineer, we expect you to use a mix of mature technical expertise, fluent EN business communication skill, leadership experience, and logical reasoning ability of business to effectively integrate AI technology/solution into our clients' business and achieve business goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy R&D and be challenged and grow in the field of AI-First software / product development. Along the way this role will contribute to game-changing products for the multi-trillion-dollar industry.

Responsibilities and Performance Objectives

• Work collaboratively with the Business and Research team, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s current capabilities, and to support the overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams(FE/BE Engineers, DevOps, QAS) to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Guide and motivate the AI Engineer team to achieve company goals using various strategies, including empowerment and trust.
• Design and implement data pipelines and scalable AI architectures to address business challenges.
• Ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of data.

Position Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML fields, such as computer vision, natural language processing, and speech processing.
• Proven hands-on for design and implement a full flow AI system from collecting data to training.
• Proficiency in engineering best practices, including microservices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Proven hands-on experience in building, troubleshooting, and delivering AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python.
